Q) I want a different amount of LEDs than is quoted on on your price list, how do I work out the cost?

A) There is a basic setup charge of £200 per job. After that there is a charge of £10 per LED regardless of whether it is front or side.

Q) I want my guitar customised with a picture or sprayed with a certain pattern, how should I provide artwork to you?

A) Artwork can be accepted as a hard copy (print out) or computer generated as long as it is Macintosh compatible.

Q) How do I switch the lights on?

A) You can choose between a mini toggle switch or a push pull pot to replace one of the existing pots.

Q) Where does the battery go?

A) In the existing control cavity or in a specially routed cavity on the back of the body.

Q) How long does the battery last?

A) This depends on the colour, amount of L.E.Ds fitted & the amount of usage. Reds & Golds last the longest & Blues, Greens, Pinks & Purples etc use up the power quicker but you should still get around 20 to 60 hrs per 9v PP3 battery (& that's a lot of gigs.)

Q) What is the expected life span of an L.E.D?

A) The L.E.Ds we use are extremely reliable with simulated tests showing a life span of up to 100,000 hrs

Q) Can you fit L.E.Ds into a set neck or through neck guitar?

A) Yes, not a problem. We do not need to remove the neck to retrofit our L.E.Ds meaning we can fit to any guitar type. Your guitar will come back to you playing just as well as it left you.

Q) Can you fit L.E.Ds into a graphite neck?

A) Yes we can fit L.E.Ds into graphite , carbon fibre and phelonic resin based necks.

Q) Can you mix the colours of L.E.Ds?

A) Yes this is possible but not advised as some colours always tend to look stronger than others when next to each other.

Q) How many days will my bass be away?

A) We need to have your bass for about 5 working days for a standard installation.

Q) can you install L.E.Ds in to a neck where there are no dot markers?

A) Yes. We can create new dot marker positions if we need to.
